Under the table!

Whilst sitting at a table performing close-up, the magician "accidentally" drops something off the edge of the table. Whilst going down behind the table to retrieve the object, this gives the perfect opportunity to execute the colour change.

There are also many effects where the spectator chooses an item whilst the magician turns his back. The misdirection of the spectators focusing their attention on the chosen object gives ample time to change the colour of the waistcoat whilst the back is turned.

Re: Under the table!

yes is a good idea for the change under the table.
thanks Lee!

Let me share my routine for the close up, i always do is put the Jubmo coin in Collar, after i do some coin routine, i produce a One Jumbo coin in hand(stealing on back pocket, or drop from sleeve), and sometime i make vanish or somtime i will said the second coin in my Collar, when i show the coin, i turn around, this give me a lot the time to change the color of the vest, and take the coin form collar, the turn back, the vest already change, and i will keep going my coin routine....................

Hi tommy!

That is great! Thanking for sharing with us. I am not very much of a close-up man myself, but to hear from someone that has actually used this in a real close-up situation is perfect!

Keep the ideas coming!
